Marco Rubio just delivered a slam dunk against the ICC. 

How much dunkin' are we suggesting? This much: 

We're starting by launching a diplomatic campaign with a simple message: "sovereign states over globalism." He added that, "Those who benefit from American security must not stand idly by while those who provide that security are targeted."  

And that's only the beginning, Rubio said. We'll use every tool at our disposal to take down the ICC with the help of every ally really to join our cause.

The link does not explain what the sheds are supposedly for, and I haven't yet seen any coherent explanation for what their purpose might be anywhere else, either.  There used to be "sheds" of a sort around, 35-40 years ago, which were newsstands---there used to be one on our corner, but that was closed up after the guy who ran the newsstand died.  It was empty for a while, and then a homeless guy started sleeping/living in it; we finally got the local city councilman to get it removed.  

The only thing I can imagine these monuments to idiocy and financial waste doing is to possibly tempt some of the swarms of illegal street vendors ("illegal" in the sense both that many of them are illegals, and that they are unlicensed vendors selling mostly stolen and/or counterfeit goods) who currently infest areas like Canal Street in lower Manhattan to expand their operations into other parts of the city.  If indeed that is the case, they are truly an idiotic idea.
