Reply to vxbush in 2: You should be able to go to the Users page, edit the user, and click Block user. Turned out I never implemented the code to use that setting. Now, person can still log in, and read anything allowed (also make user only has guest access to limit that to public threads), but the box and controls for adding a comment are not shown. Instead, it says you are not allowed to post, the way if you are not logged in, it says you need to be logged in to post. That was easier than forcing a logout since login and logout are Microsoft library code. Hard part was finding out how to get the dat about the user and then passing it down to where it is used.

Turns out I forgot to update the build history. Will do that tonight when it is not likely anyone is posting or reading.
