The Russia intel piece has been out there since the beginning. Likely a two-edge3 sword. Russia gathers intel, passes to Iran. We can likely intercept if it is any form of electronic. That gives information on Russian systems and methods. If we can read the messages and or Iran acts on it that indicates the sources. We can identify sources and either plug the holes or feed misinformation into the pipeline.

Oil. Russia doesn't have any to spare. It will be very limited quantities and not nearly enough for Cuba. Any shipment from Russia better be in completely legitimate shipping. The Cargo is still sanctioned. Likely subject to seizure.

Neither of those is surprising or going to have a significant impact.

Actually, my understanding is that Russia is working hard to get the oil out, now that it can sell it to Europe again, who is desperate for it. They started working one of the northern fields again several months before Trump ordered the hit on Venezuela.

Russia is desperate for hard cash. They will short themselves to sell oil for the cash. If things go well, they lose Iran as a customer and a source of cheap drones. That impacts their Ukraine operations.

Europe wants their cake and too eat it.

Germany shat their own bed by shutting down nuclear. The rest of Europe should knows better than being dependent on Russia. Now they think they are smart enough to deal with the devil and win.

Russian runs around the Baltic ripping up comms cables, incrusions into Poland and the Baltic States. Europe is the rabbit paying the gator for a  trip across the river. IMAO Europe is letting TDS getting in the way of ... to use a Russian phrase, real politik.

China and India are desperately negotiating with Iran to allow their tankers through the Strait.
