Looks like the Holy Sepulcher received some damage after a bomb headed to that area was intercepted by Israeli systems. They prevented the bomb from going off, but couldn't avoid damage from the shrapnel.

Dick Durbin did the usually "woe are the voters" shtick regarding the SAVE Act in a hearing, but Sen. Mike Lee explained that they have made accommodations for people who are unable to confirm who they are via a passport or birth certificate (or similar documentation). It sounds like once someone attests to who they are, it is up to the state to contact another state to get the necessary documentation. In short: it won't cost the voter a dime to confirm who they are.
I rather like this in the sense that voting as a citizen should be supported by the states. What I would like to see is further verification when documentation is provided by another state that will contact that state and confirm the purported evidence is legit and not fabricated or stolen.

SAVE act as a shortcoming. It does not repeal Motor Voter. States like WA claim they are verifying eligibility when registering Motor Voter applications. When Trump's DoJ asked WA for the Motor Voter verification records, WA flatly refused. Previously WA has refused to disclose the verification process and just ignored FOIA requests.
OR, and CA are doing the same thing. This also shows up in these States CDLs to ineligible individuals and this has directly led to multiple fatal crashes with 18 wheelers.
I do not trust the Gov. Sideshow and AG Skidmark and the rest of the Olympia Oligarchy. They have spent that last 2 decades running roughshod over the will of The People, securing a permanent hold on power with the fraudulent voting system.

Today, our world sees us as units. We are a consumer, a tax ID number, an internet user.
I've been saying something similar for a long time. The left sees individual in their utility to The State, that idea is as old as Rousseau, if not older. The West has fallen for this idea.
What we also need is philotimo or love of honor. It is a deep sense of duty, selfless sacrifice, and doing what is right for others and for one’s country, without expecting anything in return.

The Left has two of FDR's Four Freedoms, Freedom from Want, Freedom from Fear. Totally willing to sell the Tumult of Liberty for the Peace of Servitude. The HONOR if being self sufficient, the DUTY of provide for a family and community, the sacrifice for others is derided by the left.
