Bondi announces the arrest of one of the alleged key participants in Benghazi attack

WASHINGTON (TNND) — Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Friday during a press conference that the U.S. has arrested an alleged key participant in the Benghazi attack in 2012.

“I’m proud to announced that the FBI has arrested one of the key participants behind the Benghazi attack,” Bondi said.

She said the suspect landed at Andrews Air Force Base at 3 a.m. this morning. The suspect is Zubayr Al-Bakoush.

“He is in our custody,” she said.

IMAO a mistake. This is not a law enforcement, judicial matter. It a asymmetrical warfare issue. Illegal combatants engaged in combat against US assets, personal and forces. Just take them out.
