Don Lemon May Be Charged Under the Ku Klux Klan Act I'll be honest--I'm not expecting this to happen. I keep hearing that charges are coming against a lot of people, but so far there has been nothing but statements that the necessary legal research is going on and evidence being gathered to submit charges. I've heard those kinds of promises before.

The question is who is behind this. 50 idiots don't go to a church to protest, then invade the church acting individually. All of the anti-ice protests. The blocking the follow, the impeding is being organized, astroturfed. I mean we have a pretty good idea of the funding source *cough*Soros*cough*, but who is managing this. But you have to admit--if Trump actually does implement the Insurrection Act, there is the very real possibility that the media will go batshit CRAZY, as if they weren't already, and proclaiming Trump a dictator--saying he is now Hitler in the flesh, as if he wasn't before. And everyone supporting these actions against ICE will take their craziness up to 500. I can totally see it happening.

More evidence the left has completely lost their minds. Not completely, this is in line with everything written by left since Rousseau. Including the incitement of the current mob mentality. Use of public spaces for 'life-sustaining activities' supported in Washington state bill Specifically, the bill prohibits local governments from enacting or enforcing laws that criminalize, penalize, or otherwise do not allow a person from engaging in "life-sustaining activities" on public property. The only time such law can be enforced, in the event of life-sustaining activities, is if the local government can demonstrate that there is an "adequate alternative shelter" available at the time and place of the conduct. Legalizing homeless, and by default everything that goes with it, human trafficking, drug trafficking, drug use, break-ins, shoplifting, destruction of public property.

Bill is HB2489 Definition in the bill: 11 (d) "Life-sustaining activities" includes moving, resting, 12 sitting, standing, lying down, sleeping, protecting oneself and 13 personal property from the elements, eating, drinking, and other basic activities necessary for survival. "... other basic activities ... " leaves it wide open. I'm a drug addict, obtaining and using drugs is necessary for survival. I'm a human trafficker, I make a living sex trafficking kids.
