This really annoys me--how happy they are that someone died and now they can use it to push their cause, regardless of the pain it causes the family and friends. 

Sorry about the lack of news--I've been added to some projects that are taking more and more of my time and reducing how much I can get online.

Blue states sue Trump administration for freezing billions meant for kids, needy

HUNT VALLEY, Md. (TNND) — Five Democratic states have sued the Trump administration for freezing over $10 billion in federal funds meant for children and people in need.

New York, California, Minnesota, Illinois and Colorado claimed in a Thursday complaint that the Administration for Children and Families (A.C.F.), an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services (H.H.S.), has illegally withheld grants for kids, families and social services.

“Once again, the most vulnerable families in our communities are bearing the brunt of this administration’s campaign of chaos and retribution,” New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is leading the lawsuit, said in a statement. “After jeopardizing food assistance and health care, this administration is now threatening to cut off childcare and other critical programs that parents depend on to provide for their children.”

At the vegetable stand today, I saw an older woman wearing a button with the blue, pink and white stripes of the "transgender flag," which carried the slogan "Trans Lives Matter." 

I'd love to see someone come out with a button that said, "Stick-shift Lives Matter."
