The day is starting off poorly for AI company, such as NVIDIA, because China is claiming they made a great AI product on the cheap called DeepSeek. 

Do I believe China actually did this? Not really, no. But the ripples happening now on the NYSE are real. 

This might be a fallout from Marc Andreeson's interview that was released last week. Ace had a lot of it posted. It's critical to look over it and realize just how draconian the Biden administration was planning to become. The article was posted January 17, the inauguration was January 20, and now one week later there's a push to devalue AI stocks because of China. 

I remain suspicious.

What's been fascinating to watch this past week is the complete state of clueless shock that coastal Democrats and very online liberals are in and how it worsens with each new Trump success. Because they weren't honest with themselves when pondering their recent election loss, Democrats are still surprised by the fact that most Americans don't see Donald Trump as a seven-Hitler-headed monster.

One of the clearest examples of just how out of it the Democrats are right now is Vice President JD Vance's appearance on the CBS Sunday show "Face the Nation" with Margaret Brennan, which Matt also covered. 

The Democrats and their flying monkeys in the mainstream media have so wrapped themselves in delusion that they have not at all grasped that things have changed and are still changing rapidly in this country. They're clinging to their old "Everybody Hates Trump" playbook, which only worked for them when they coupled it with a global pandemic and questionable ballot-counting practices in swing states.

Apparently Biden's ICE leadership really didn't want to arrest anyone. See who was arrested this past week by looking at the X thread. 538 immigrants were arrested on Thursday alone.

And to make it even better, "[Trump] intends to reassign 88,000 IRS agents to border patrol duties— or face being fired."

Yes, and it seems any technology progress they have is from stealing it from other countries. I'm not at all convinced what they have works.
